 Conventional ultrasonic processing technology ——
 Ultrasonic heat sealing or "sewing":
 This process can be used to form continuous seam applications, such as the production of protective clothing, blinds, etc. or for the processing of immersion welds similar to buttonholes, collar struts, ties, and the like. Single machine "sewing" equipment or standard ultrasonic welding machine can achieve this process.
 Rotary welding, lamination:
 Bianxin has developed a bonding and lamination process for applying multi-mesh woven or non-woven synthetic fiber materials. The process involves passing a plurality of layers of fibrous material through a rotating print cylinder and a row of horns to form a web of sufficient width. This method can be processed into a unique fabric that cannot be achieved by other bonding methods without any chemical adhesives and other aids.  Ultrasonic cutting:
 Ultrasonic cutting can form smooth, long-lasting, uniform edges and does not cause discoloration of the fabric. Ultrasound can simultaneously cut and sew, which prevents the knitting or textile material from forming a line. At the same time, there is a taper at the seam to avoid pilling. Applications for ultrasonic cutting include cutting carpets, strips, clothing labels, curtains, diagonal cuts, and industrial woven tapes.
